These plots are expected to be launched at the start of the coming month. The 2.66 marla commercial plots will be situated at Prime Boulevard Locations. While the 5 marla commercial plots will be at Prime Boulevard or Main Boulevard. The date for the launch of these commercial plots in New Metro City Gujar Khan is 5 September 2022.
The mentioned plots are located in the Sector I of New Metro City Gujar Khan. According to the available information, 70% quota is allocated to plots on the main boulevard, while 30% quota has been allocated to Prime Boulevards. The allotment of the plots will take place through balloting. The payment plan for these plots has been kept affordable. While those who want to avail of these plots in installments will avail of the opportunity of a two and half years payment plan.
